  • 1Psc.Ladyfinger biscuits
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Chocolate sauce
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa powder
  • 3Liters (L)Hot water
  • 2Teaspoons (tsp)Instant coffee

Steps

    Place mascarpone cheese in a bowl, add powdered sugar, and mix until smooth.

    Add whipped cream to the mascarpone mixture and gently fold until creamy.

    Add hazelnut syrup (optional) and mix until well combined.

    Quickly dip Savoiardi biscuits in cold coffee and arrange a layer in a Pyrex dish.

    Spread a layer of cream mixture evenly over the biscuits.

    Repeat the layers, finishing with the cream mixture on top.

    Optionally drizzle chocolate sauce on top and swirl gently with a wooden stick.
