Steps

    Finely chop coriander, parsley, dill, and Swiss chard.

    Place all chopped vegetables into a large mixing bowl.

    Finely chop leek, celery, and green onion.

    Add chopped fenugreek leaves to the vegetables.

    Mix all ingredients well in the mixing bowl.

    Heat 1 cup of vegetable oil in a large wide pan over medium heat.

    Add the chopped vegetables to the hot oil in the pan.

    Cook the vegetables over medium heat for 30–40 minutes until completely wilted, water evaporates, and the color darkens.

    Let the cooked vegetables cool after cooking.

    Divide the cooled vegetables into suitable portions and place in storage bags.

    Remove air from the bags and seal tightly.
