We prepare the ingredients in advance so that they reach room temperature before we start.

In a bowl, we put the egg yolks, vanilla, unsweetened almond milk, and coconut oil or avocado oil, and mix. Then we add almond flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, and stir.

In another bowl, we whisk the egg whites with vinegar or cream of tartar and monk fruit sugar or erythritol, and we whisk well until the mixture becomes firm.

We mix the egg white mixture with the other ingredients and stir, then spread the mixture on parchment paper in a rectangular baking tray and place it in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees. After that, we take it out and let it cool for 10 minutes.

For the cream, we need 100 ml of cold whipping cream with 70 grams of monk fruit sugar. You can add fruits or grated chocolate for decoration, and we leave it in the fridge for 3 hours to set. Enjoy your meal!
