Slice the apples into medium-sized pieces.

Melt the butter cube in a pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced apples, 4 tablespoons of sweetened or regular sugar, then add a tablespoon of starch dissolved in water and a pinch of cinnamon and stir until the apples are caramelized.

Add the raisins then stir until thickened.

Mix the flour, brown sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon in a mixing bowl.

Add cold butter and crumble it with fingers until it resembles breadcrumbs.

Spread the crumble mixture in a baking pan and bake in a preheated oven.

Prepare custard ingredients (egg yolks, cornstarch, sweetener, vanilla, milk, cooking cream) in a blender.

Blend the ingredients well until smooth.
