Ingredients

- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
- 1.25Cupwater

- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio
- 500Grams (g) Unsalted mozzarella
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Animal Ghee
- 1Kilograms (kg)Knafeh

We prepare the kunafa and cut it well.

We melt the animal fat and mix it with the knafeh.

We grease a pan with animal fat and spread a layer of knafeh in it.

We add a layer of sweet cheese (Mozzarella) on top of the knafeh.

We add another layer of knafeh on top of the cheese.

We pour more melted animal fat over the final layer.

We bake the knafeh in the oven from below until the edges are browned, then turn on the top heating until it becomes golden.

We pour the cold syrup over the knafeh immediately after baking. We garnish the knafeh with pistachios before serving.
