- 1CupWarm milk
- 1PacketYeast
- 150Grams (g) Butter
- 0.5CupSugar
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 3CupNutella
- 2CupMaple syrup

In a stand mixer, combine flour, eggs, warm milk, yeast, sugar, and vanilla. Knead until a soft dough forms.

Add the soft butter and knead again until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place or overnight in the fridge.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread it with Nutella or the chocolate mixture (chocolate filling ingredients: 100 grams of chocolate - 3 tablespoons of butter - 2 tablespoons of cocoa - 3 tablespoons of sugar - 1 teaspoon of Nescafe - milk).

Roll the dough tightly, chill for 30 minutes, then slice lengthwise and braid, keeping the filling facing up.

Join the ends to form a circle, let rise again for 15 minutes, then bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.

Brush with syrup or light honey while warm and decorate with a ribbon if desired.
