Ingredients

- 0.5PinchSalt
- 3CupSugar
- 2Grams (g) Instant yeast
- 3Psc.eggs
- 0.25CupMilk
- 0.5Grams (g) Butter
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Liquid vanilla

Place the milk, sugar and instant yeast in the bowl of a stand mixer and stir until the yeast is dissolved

Start by adding two eggs and then add the butter, preferably gradually

Add the flour and salt to the mixture.

Knead the dough for about 15 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a greased glass bowl, and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.

After rising, roll the dough out on a floured surface.

Fold the dough, flip it over, and roll it out again.

Roll the dough into a log shape.

Place the dough in a loaf pan, cover it, and let it rest for 30 to 45 minutes

Mix one egg with a tablespoon of milk and a few drops of vanilla

Brush the top of the dough with the egg wash.

Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
