- 0.5PinchSeven spices
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Coriander
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Curry powder
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Crushed red pepper
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
- 3ClovesMinced garlic
- 1PinchSalt
- 1Liters (L)Hot water

We cut the bread into very small pieces and place it in a large bowl, then pour the cup of boiling water over it.

We add half a teaspoon of salt and stir the bread, then add the dried coriander and mix it with the ingredients.

We add the curry or chicken bouillon cube and mix well, then add the seven spices to the mixture and combine.

We add the cumin to the ingredients and stir until incorporated, then add the red pepper and combine with the mixture.

We add the garlic powder to the mixture and stir it, then add the mashed garlic and start mixing well.

We knead the ingredients by hand until a firm dough forms, then start shaping it into patties.

We heat the oil in a pan on the stove before frying, then place the patties in the hot oil and fry them until golden.

We lift the patties from the oil and place them on paper or a strainer to drain, then arrange them on the serving plate while hot.
