  • 1.5CupSugar
  • 1.5Grams (g) Instant yeast
  • 300CupWarm milk
  • 2Grams (g) Butter

    In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.

    Gradually add the warm milk and knead into a soft, smooth dough.

    Add 50 g of butter and knead well until fully incorporated.

    Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour until it doubles in size.

    Roll out the dough on a floured surface and add 50 g of butter over it.

    Roll the dough into a log and place it in a toast pan (30x13 cm).

    Let it rest for another 30 minutes.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the toast for 30 minutes.
