Ingredients

- 1BunchParsley
- 1PinchSalt
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Crushed red pepper
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
- 2CupYogurt
- 1ClovesMinced garlic
- 1Psc.lemon
- 1Cupwater
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Fried Pine Nuts
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Aleppo spice

Place the minced kebab meat in a large bowl.

Add the finely chopped onion to the meat.

Add the chopped parsley, salt, Aleppo spice, and red pepper to the mixture.

Knead the ingredients well by hand until they are fully combined.

Shape the mixture into medium-sized round patties.

Arrange the patties in a lightly greased baking tray, and you may add onion and green pepper rings between them if desired.

Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake until three-quarters cooked

Meanwhile, prepare the tahini sauce by placing one cup of tahini in a bowl.

Add the mashed garlic, yogurt, and lemon juice, then whisk them together.

Gradually add water until you reach a medium consistency (not too thick).

Remove the kebab tray from the oven, pour the tahini sauce over the patties, and return it to the oven for another 15 minutes until the sauce thickens and the kebab is fully cooked.

Garnish the top with fried pine nuts and chopped parsley, and serve with a squeeze of lemon juice.
