- 500Grams (g) Small potatoes

We mix the lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, parsley, minced garlic, and mustard in a bowl until the marinade is well combined.

We divide the marinade between the chicken and the potatoes.

We season the chicken breasts well with the mixture.

We season the potatoes with the same mixture after cutting them in halves.

We place a pan over heat with a little olive oil or butter, then sear the chicken breasts until golden on both sides.

We remove the chicken from the pan and add the potatoes to the same pan, sautéing them lightly.

We add the chicken pieces over the potatoes in the pan or transfer them to a baking dish.

We cover the dish with foil and bake it in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for one hour.

We remove the foil during the last 10–15 minutes to brown the top and give it a nice color.
