- 0.75CupSparkling water

We mix the minced chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and chicken seasoning in a large bowl.

We stir the ingredients well until the mixture becomes smooth and cohesive.

We shape the mixture into medium-sized, evenly thick nugget pieces.

We coat each piece lightly with cornstarch.

We place the coated pieces in the fridge for 5 minutes to firm up.

We prepare the batter in another bowl by adding the egg, the same seasonings used for the chicken, cornstarch, flour, baking soda, and sparkling water.
