  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Soy sauce

  • 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda

  • 2CupCoarse breadcrumbs
  • 1CupMilk

    Chop the chicken breasts with cornstarch and spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder, paprika, ¼ tsp sugar, ¼ tsp baking soda) and soy sauce in a food processor.

    Process until the mixture becomes a soft, moldable paste.

    Shape the mixture into small squares (nuggets).

    Place the nuggets in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up.

    In a plate, mix eggs with salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of milk.

    Dip the nuggets first in the egg mixture, then coat with coarse breadcrumbs.

    Press the nuggets with your hands to ensure breadcrumbs stick well.

    Place the nuggets in the air fryer basket and spray them lightly with oil.

    Cook the nuggets in the air fryer at 180°C for 20 minutes.

    Flip the nuggets and cook for another 5 minutes on the other side.
