Mix the yeast with warm milk and sugar in a small bowl.

نخلط الخميرة مع الحليب الدافئ والسكر في وعاء صغير.

نترك الخليط لمدة 5–10 دقائق.

If bubbles appear, the yeast is active and usable.

إذا ظهرت فقاعات على السطح، فالخميرة نشطة وصالحة.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.

نذوب الزبدة في قدر على نار هادئة.

نضيف الكاكاو ونقلب حتى يتجانس مع الزبدة.

Add the condensed milk and stir until smooth.

نضيف الحليب المكثف ونقلب الخليط جيدًا.

Break the biscuits into medium pieces and add to the mixture.

نكسر البسكويت إلى قطع متوسطة الحجم ونضيفه إلى الخليط.

Spread a plastic wrap, pour the mixture on it, and roll it into a log shape.

نفرد ورقة نايلون ونضع الخليط فوقها، ثم نلفه على شكل رول.

Place the log in the freezer for about an hour until firm.

نضع الرول في الفريزر لمدة ساعة حتى يتماسك.

Melt the chocolate with a little oil and stir until smooth.

نذوب الشوكولاتة مع الزيت ونقلب حتى تصبح ناعمة.

Coat the log with melted chocolate and garnish with crushed pistachios.

نغلف الرول بطبقة الشوكولاتة المذابة، ثم نزينه بالفستق.

نخلط البيض مع الفانيليا.

نضيف السكر ونخفق جيدًا.

Add sifted cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix gently.

نضيف الكاكاو، الطحين، البيكنج باودر، والملح المنخولين ونقلب.

Dissolve coffee in boiling water, add to batter, and stir.

نذوب القهوة في الماء المغلي ونضيفها للخليط ونخلط حتى يتجانس.

نصب الخليط في صينية بايركس مدهونة.

Bake in oven (Steam Bake mode) at 180°C for 25 minutes.

ندخلها فرن بدرجة حرارة 180 لمدة 25 دقيقة.

Clean the pan with a paper towel between crepes if necessary.

ننظف المقلاة بمنشفة ورقية بين الكريبات إذا لزم الأمر.

Mango

اقسم كل حبة إلى نصفين بشقها حول النواة.

Use a knife to make vertical and horizontal cuts without piercing the skin.

باستخدام سكين، اعمل شقوقًا طولية وعرضية على اللب دون اختراق القشرة.

Flip the mango half inside out, then cut off the cubes.

اقلب النصف لتخرج المكعبات، ثم افصلها بالسكين.

كرر الخطوات مع النصف الثاني.

Remove and enjoy the remaining flesh around the pit.

افصل اللب المتبقي حول النواة وتناوله مباشرة.
