We start by cutting the eggplant into cubes and frying or roasting it in the oven with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper, then let it cool.

نبدأ بتقطيع الباذنجان الى مكعبات و قليه او شويه بالفرن مع القليل من زيت الزيتون والملح والفلفل ثم تترك لتبرد .

We add pieces of lettuce to the serving dish, then the rest of the vegetables (colored peppers, black olives, pieces of grilled eggplant, chopped mint, cucumber, and parsley).

نضيف قطع الخس لصحن التقديم ثم باقي انواع الخضار ( الفلفل الملون والزيتون الاسود وقطع والباذنجان المشوي والنعنع المفروم والخيار والبقدونس )

We add the crumbled cheese and pomegranate on top of the salad.

We start by preparing the dressing by mixing all the ingredients together and adding it to the salad when serving.

We preheat the oven to a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius.

We toast the almond flour over the heat until it turns golden, then we add the butter.

نحمص طحين اللوز عالنار ليصبح لونه ذهبيا ثم نضيف الزبدة

We spread the mixture in individual cups or it can be placed in a lined baking tray.

نفرد الخليط بأكواب منفردة او ممكن بصينية خبز مبطنة

We mix the ingredients for the second layer: mascarpone cheese, cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

mix in 2 tablespoons of passion fruit with them.

منخلط معاهم 2 معلقة كبيرة من فاكهة الباشن فروت

We whisk until the mixture becomes smooth and distribute it over the almond flour cups.

نخفق ليصبح الخليط ناعما ونوزعه فوق أكواب طحين اللوز

We put the cups in the fridge for 3-4 hours.

نضع الاكواب في البراد 3-4 ساعات

We put the pulp of the passion fruit with 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1/3 cup of water, and 1 tablespoon of arrowroot powder.

نضع لب الباشن فروت مع 2 ملعقة كبيرة من السكر و 1/3 كوب من الماء و ملعقة كبيرة من مسحوق الأروروت

We leave the mixture on low heat for two minutes or until it reaches a syrup-like consistency.

نترك المزيج على نار هادئة لمدة دقيقتين أو حتى يصبح قوامه مثل الشراب

We pour the sauce over the cheese cups and chill it for 4-5 hours.

نسكب الصلصة فوق أكواب الجبن ونبرده 4-5 ساعات

To prepare the chicken:

نقوم بتتبيل صدور الدجاج بزيت الزيتون، الملح، الفلفل الأسود، والثوم المهروس. نترك الدجاج في التتبيلة لمدة 30 دقيقة على الأقل.

We grill the chicken breasts on the grill or in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side.

نقوم بشواء صدور الدجاج على الشواية أو في مقلاة على نار متوسطة حتى تنضج جيدًا، حوالي 6-7 دقائق لكل جانب.

While cooking the chicken, we prepare the salad. We mix the lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, mint, radishes, and either red beans or corn in a large bowl.

اثناء طهي الدجاج، نقوم بتحضير السلطة. نخلط الخس، الطماطم، البصل الأحمر، النعناع، الفجل، والفاصوليا الحمراء أو الذرة في وعاء كبير.

In another bowl, we mix the lemon juice with salt, olive oil, and oregano or dried mint. Then we add the yogurt and mix well until all the ingredients are blended and the dressing becomes smooth.

في وعاء آخر، نقوم بخلط عصير الليمون مع الملح وزيت الزيتون والأوريغانو أو النعناع المجفف. ثم نضيف اللبن ونخلط جيدًا حتى تتجانس جميع المكونات ويصبح الصوص ناعمًا.

Once the chicken breasts are cooked, we remove them from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes to cool slightly. Then, we slice them into thin strips and arrange them on top of the salad in the dish.

بعد أن تنضج صدور الدجاج، نقوم بإخراجها من النار وتركها لبضع دقائق لتبرد قليلاً. ثم نقطعها إلى شرائح رفيعة ونقوم بترتيبها فوق السلطة في الطبق.

We drizzle the salad dressing we prepared over the chicken slices and salad, then garnish the dish with some fresh mint leaves if desired. We serve the salad with the chicken on a plate and enjoy the delicious taste!

نقوم بتوزيع صوص السلطة الذي حضرناه فوق شرائح الدجاج والسلطة، ثم نزين الطبق ببعض أوراق النعناع الطازج إذا رغبنا. نقدم السلطة مع الدجاج في طبق، ونستمتع بالطعم الشهي!

في وعاء، نضع البصل والشبت واللبن والملح والفلفل  الاسود والليمون، ثم نقلب جيدًا.

نضيف زيت جوز الهند، التفاح المهروس، الفانيلا، وخل التفاح إلى المكونات الجافة ونخلط جيدًا حتى نحصل على خليط متجانس.

نضيف حبيبات الشوكولاتة إلى العجينة ونمزجها بحذر.

Take small portions of the dough, roll them into balls, and flatten them into circles.
