Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels, then cut them as desired.

جفف شرائح السمك باستخدام مناديل ورقية، ثم قطعها حسب الرغبة.

In a bowl, mix minced garlic, lemon juice, mustard, oil, and dill. Add the spices: cumin, coriander, paprika, chili, fish spices, salt, and pepper.

في وعاء، اخلط الثوم المفروم، عصير الليمون، المستردة، الزيت، والشبت. أضف البهارات: الكمون، الكزبرة، البابريكا، الشطة، بهارات السمك، الملح، والفلفل.

Mix the marinade well and coat the fish fillets evenly.

قلب التتبيلة جيدًا ثم ادهن شرائح السمك بها من جميع الجوانب.

Place the fish fillets in a heatproof glass baking dish.

ضع شرائح السمك في صينية زجاجية مقاومة للحرارة.

Preheat the oven and bake until the fish turns golden.

سخن الفرن مسبقًا، وأدخل الصينية حتى يتحول لون السمك إلى الذهبي.

Serve with Sayadiyah rice and salad as desired.

We season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, paprika, and thyme, then set them aside for a few minutes.

نقوم بتتبيل صدور الدجاج بالملح والفلفل الأسود والبابريكا والزعتر، ثم نتركها جانبًا لبضع دقائق.

We heat the frying pan over the stove, then add the butter cube with a little oil.

نقوم بتسخين المقلاة على النار، ثم نضيف مكعب الزبدة مع القليل من الزيت.

We place the chicken breasts in the pan and flip them on both sides until they turn golden brown.

نضع صدور الدجاج في المقلاة ونقلبها على الجانبين حتى تكتسب لونًا ذهبيًا.

Once the chicken gets a golden color, we remove it from the pan and set it aside.

بعد أن تأخذ صدور الدجاج اللون الذهبي، نقوم برفعها من المقلاة ونتركها جانبًا.

We add the minced garlic to the pan and stir until fragrant.

نضيف الثوم المفروم إلى المقلاة ونحركه حتى تظهر رائحته.

Add the starch-dissolved milk to the skillet along with the lemon juice and 1 cup of cream.

نضيف الحليب المذوب به النشا الي المقلاة مع عصير الليمون وكوب الكريمة.

We add salt, black pepper, and paprika, then return the chicken breasts to the pan.

نضيف الملح والفلفل الأسود والبابريكا، ثم نعيد صدور الدجاج إلى المقلاة.

We let the chicken simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until fully cooked and the sauce thickens.

نترك الدجاج على نار هادئة لمدة 10 دقائق حتى تنضج تمامًا ويتكاثف الصوص.

We garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices before serving.

نضيف البقدونس المفروم وشرائح الليمون للتزيين قبل التقديم.

نقوم بخلط الزبادي، صلصة الطماطم، الثوم المفروم، عصير الليمون، المستردة، الهوت صوص، الملح، الفلفل الأسود، بهارات الفراخ، الزعتر، البابريكا المدخنة، والزيت في وعاء حتى تتجانس المكونات.

Add the chicken drumsticks to the marinade and mix well to coat them evenly.

Place the marinated drumsticks in a baking tray.

Return the tray to the oven and bake until the drumsticks are golden and fully cooked.
